Facilitate the acceleration of our cloud services through core sales motions
Ensure connectivity between Cloud organization, field, enablement, and Go to Market (GTM)
Work closely with cloud leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accelerated cloud services growth
Manage and coach GEO-based Cloud Engagement Leaders across various regions
Maintain and drive accountability for pipeline growth, new logos, and exceeding cloud quota
Develop short and long-term success metrics and KPIs
Design and lead a global cloud enablement program tailored for field sellers and engineers
Define and track KPIs that measure field adoption and impact
Requirements
Over 12 years of experience in sales, GTM, and cloud services
Proven track record of working in a WW role where you have built and landed a successful strategy
Highly collaborative and able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers and other senior management throughout the company
Impact through influence as a primary skill demonstrated through broad company impact
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in developing and tracking key success metrics
Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-staff every month regarding business and initiative outcomes
Background of working with several cross-functional teams to develop a strategy for a common outcome
Strong understanding of key sales tools and processes, including demand generation/marketing tech stack, forecasting, pipeline/CRM, account planning, and performance management
A college degree or equivalent background required.
