Lead sales efforts within a defined geographic territory, driving growth across products, services, parts, and solutions while maintaining a strong commercial focus and strategic influence representing GE Vernova.
Develop and execute long-term strategic account and communication plans, ensuring a unified “one face to the customer” approach across offerings and functions.
Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, including complex, multi-offering transactions such as parts, repairs, outage services, upgrades, digital solutions, and service agreements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Engineering, Customer Fulfillment, and Marketing to enhance proposal strategies, outage planning, and customer engagement.
Provide leadership in proposal development, leveraging templates and tools to create compelling offers that align with customer needs and business goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 7 years of technical knowledge and experience within the Power Generation industry in either Commercial roles, Marketing, Sales, and/or Project Management of Power Generation Equipment.
Ability to work across functions independently and be a self-starter driver developing relationships at the C-suite of internal / external customer.
Superior business acumen / analytic ability to manage and influence in a matrix environment with commercial leadership skills.
Long-term business mindset with Financial, analytic skills, and strategic planning capabilities.
