Stay up-to-date on current economic micro and macro trends and consumer behavior impacting the vacation rental industry and tie them into strategy execution.
Own new listing success by tracking, monitoring and adjusting all revenue levers within your toolbox to maintain booking momentum and ensure each listing’s market position will support sustained, long term revenue success.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization as an expert in Evolve Revenue Management strategy and implementation.
Agile in shifting communication styles across audiences with varying degrees of Revenue Management knowledge.
Exemplify best practices on the Revenue Management team and is a trusted resource for training, mentoring, and thought partnership.
Ideates, leads, and executes on current and future projects and process improvements in partnership with Revenue Management leadership.
Requirements
8+ years of prior pricing and/or direct revenue management experience
Driven by desire to achieve incremental gains
Creative thinker with an ability to initiate new processes and approaches to impact revenue generation
Confidence in risk analysis that measures for risk vs reward and implements revenue strategy as the outcome.
Ability to operate effectively under own initiative with limited oversight and broad directional guidance
Capable of distinguishing and prioritizing between high impact, revenue generating actions and time consuming tasks
Strong communication skills across a variety of mediums

that will influence action across the organization
Implements full scale Revenue Management strategies that optimizes revenue for the owner and Evolve, while actively considering customer sentiment and feedback
Working knowledge of Tableau, Excel, SQL, or similar business intelligence software
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Hospitality, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance, or relevant experience preferred.
