Your mission will be to drive company-wide execution, sharpen alignment across functions, and ensure that strategic priorities translate into measurable progress.
In close collaboration with the leadership team, you will set the strategic direction, while working across the entire organization and stepping in wherever high-leverage support is needed.
Expect a broad and highly impactful variety of responsibilities, including:
Develop, own and maintain a goal-setting framework end-to-end that fits our needs, while holding accountability for company progress.
Run our operating rhythm across quarterly planning, leadership meetings, and cross-functional reviews.
Act as the connective tissue across all functions, making sure there is smooth collaboration across the whole team.
Facilitate and structure All-hands, Offsites and Strategy days, ensuring everyone moves in the same direction.
Prepare and shape materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic discussions.
Conduct analytical deep-dives to support strategic decisions.
Manage and protect CEO priorities, filtering requests and helping focus leadership attention where it matters most.
Support organizational design and hiring plans across teams as we scale internationally.
Implement effective internal processes that improve decision-making and internal communication, while championing our culture and way of working.
Requirements
Proven experience: 4+ years in fast-paced environments such as strategy, operations, consulting, startups, or similar roles.
Ideally, you have worked in a similar role in a high-growth context before.
High-agency: You move fast, unblock problems, and drive progress without being asked, operating with minimal supervision and proactively identifying what needs to happen next.
Thriving in ambiguity: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives under ambitious timelines with limited information or guidance.
Strategic + hands-on: Able to shift seamlessly between high-level thinking and deep operational execution.
Sharp communication: Clear and concise communicator, written and verbal, who can distill complexity into what matters.
Collaboration: High social intelligence and empathy, able to work effectively with a wide range of personalities and functions.
