Support client relations, financial operations, and internal process refinement.
Engage with users to understand their needs and challenges.
Conduct market & tech research and assist in data analysis.
Assist in managing ongoing projects by tracking progress, setting deadlines, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, logistics or a related field, with above-average academic results
Fluency in English is required. Fluency in German is a plus
Initial experience in customer support or project management
Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
Must be located in Munich
