Understand the entire “JAGGAER One” platform and become a subject matter expert in the Source to Pay software solutions.
Support JAGGAER Pre-Sales Consultants by maturing best class assets such as Value Propositions, Software Demonstration Assets, Solution Videos, Training/Enablement/On-boarding material among other SME and thought leadership material and assets.
Support in preparing compelling demonstrations of JAGGAER software solutions that will be leveraged in our sales engagements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Account Managers, Professional Services, Product Management, and Marketing) to manage and improve the content and configure appropriate solutions relevant to industry verticals and specific client scenarios.
Work collaboratively on cross-functional teams to continually provide feedback on ways JAGGAER can improve product functionality as well as improve sales content, demo content, and messaging.
Engage with customers to gather business and technical requirements, determine business needs and architect appropriate solutions.
Requirements
Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency).
Strong presentation and communication skills in a virtual environment.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into solution benefits.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, or Spend Management solutions is considered a nice-to-have.
Strong client engagement skills; experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or SaaS/enterprise software is a plus, but not required.
Experience in creating digital content for videos or video editing is considered an advantage.
Experience with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
Knowledge of other languages is a plus but not required.
