Act as a B2C Marketing subject matter expert and participate in the creation of B2C and asset-based marketing plans and go-to-market strategies
Manage simultaneous projects and campaigns, including monitoring performance, reporting, advising on strategy changes, and updating calendars, schedules and roadmaps
Contribute to the creation of general content repositories for initiatives, campaigns, social, blog and other projects
Lead the design, execution, and management of email, journey, automation, and landing page campaigns, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Support asset-level campaign coordination across email, web, paid media, and internal initiatives, while monitoring campaign performance to develop proactive strategy changes, ensuring the highest ROI
Build and maintain marketing, production, and promotional calendars/timelines
Pull recurring reports, monitor performance, and flag insights or issues for review
Perform various market opportunity research and analysis
Requirements
3+ years of B2C marketing experience with a strong understanding of basic marketing principles is required
High School diploma required; A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a relevant field strongly preferred
Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of various marketing platforms, including Google AdWords/Analytics, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube), marketing automation, and CRM.
Solid comprehension of B2C lead acquisition, nurturing, and segmentation processes
Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
