Responsible for guiding and implementing efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls
Accountable for the overall performance of the Maintenance Department inclusive of employee safety and productivity, plant and total predictive maintenance programs
Ensure equipment and facilities are properly repaired, maintained, and performing effectively
Supervise and mentor hourly PM/PDM technicians
Own and facilitate asset criticality ranking process
Develop/Review care plans for critical assets
Review and optimize PM and PDM activities
Investigate new technologies to expand PDM programs
Develop and maintain the site bad actor and vulnerability list
Assess equipment to be purchased and installed for maintainability
Analyze performance of parts from competing vendors and make recommendations for future parts and modifications
Reviews repair history and costs
Updates and monitors various maintenance KPIs
Facilitate/support site root cause analysis
Requirements
5+ years of maintenance experience preferred
Engineering or technical degree preferred
Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Experience implementing and sustaining reliability programs
Experience using Maintenance Management Systems and ERPs
