Lead the day-to-day execution of strategic programs that span multiple departments, ensuring they directly move the needle on Growth OKRs and organizational effectiveness.
Take ownership of high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives that fall outside traditional departmental boundaries, providing the structure and project management needed to see them through to completion.
Proactively surface opportunities for teams to work more effectively together, streamlining hand-offs and shared workflows across the pillar.
Establish and maintain goals and performance tracking for strategic initiatives, ensuring progress is measurable and transparent.
Monitor initiative health to identify risks early; prepare the data and framework to help leadership ensure resources are allocated to the highest-impact areas.
Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to translate the Growth organization’s vision into a consistent story that resonates across all levels.
Ensure that the Growth Org’s mission and strategic priorities are clearly understood and consistently represented in all cross-functional engagements.
Manage the end-to-end communication calendar for the Growth Pillar, ensuring a steady drumbeat of information that keeps teams informed and engaged.
Requirements
5–7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, management consulting, or program management within an enterprise SaaS environment.
3-5 years experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and driving them to successful completion.
Ability to take a complex, ambiguous business problem and break it down into a logical, executable project plan.
A strong bias for action and proven ability to hold teams accountable for deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior leadership.
Comfortable navigating various data sources to pull insights, track OKRs, and inform strategic recommendations.
Familiarity with change management principles to help teams adopt new processes and operational models effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
