Global NADL Brand Ambassador – Mixology

Role Overview

• Deliver dynamic mixology-led training sessions for bartenders, distributors, and trade partners
• Represent NADL brands at global market launches, trade shows, and cultural events
• Design and lead premium cocktail activations
• Help manage development of global advocacy and education toolkits
• Partner with NADL hospitality teams to host immersive bartender trips
• Create engaging mixology content for social platforms
• Build and nurture strong relationships with leading bartenders
• Collaborate with local marketing and commercial teams to support launches
• Work closely with brand teams and founders on advocacy initiatives
• Engage with local ambassadors worldwide.

Requirements

• 5+ years in mixology, bartending, or brand advocacy roles
• Proven track record in cocktail program development and bartender engagement
• Strong social media presence and content creation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Availability for frequent travel and evening/weekend events.
