Help develop and execute integrated communications plans using a range of mediums (e.g., written messages, video, infographics, presentations, etc.)
Curate and develop messaging that engages and informs our TD SYNNEX co-workers around the globe about important company initiatives
Supports platform management on our internal digital platforms, with day-to-day editorial calendar upkeep.
Assist with planning communications-driven events such as company-wide and/or regional town halls
Assist with sharing content using digital tools — including but not limited to TD SYNNEX's company intranet, digital displays, internal and external social media channels, co-worker newsletters and emails — to build awareness and drive engagement among both internal and external audiences
Generate and send metrics reports to key stakeholders with an understanding of the overall company benchmarks and goals
Requirements
1-3 years of relevant work experience, including internships
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public/Media Relations or related field preferred
Strong writing skills
Multimedia asset creation using Canva or Adobe, including video editing and both static and dynamic graphics required.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various business units and teams from regions all around the world.
Must be skilled in time management and task prioritization, as this position often requires working on multiple projects at once.
