7–10+ years of progressive experience in communications or public affairs
Experience in CPG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries
Proven track record of developing and executing integrated communications strategies
Director-level experience with full ownership of communications initiatives
Demonstrated expertise in media relations and narrative development
Experience partnering cross-functionally with legal, commercial, public affairs, and government affairs teams
Hands-on proficiency with communications and media monitoring tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
