About this role
Role Overview
Deliver top-line sales & bottom-line profit targets for commercial national chain foodservice account channel.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans and manage trade spend.
Foster and own business relationships with assigned accounts.
Manage financial business aspects including P&L statements and margin targets.
Lead initiatives supporting brokers and achieve KPI’s.
Create and execute annual customer business plans.
Build strong relationships within chain accounts and optimize sales results.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree.
3+ years managing National Chain Foodservice Account business (including knowledge of the industry, national chain account customers, products, and competition).
Understanding of Foodservice Supply Chain customer’s needs and opportunities.
Established experience with Broker Management.
Strong Negotiation skills.
Ability to apply strategic thinking and problem solving.
Travel requirements up to 60% of the time managing face-to-face customer relationships.
