Shape and advance sales enablement strategies that drive growth and enhance the agent and member experience across Medicare Advantage (MA) and Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD), Special Needs Plans (D‑SNP, I‑SNP, C‑SNP), Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and Medicare Supplement products.
Develop comprehensive enablement solutions that equip and empower agents across a diverse product portfolio.
Ensure alignment with business priorities and channel‑specific needs across internal and external audiences (field, telephonic, broker, digital, and third‑party agents).
Drive growth initiatives across AEP, OEP, SEP, and year‑round Med Supp and PDP sales cycles.
Support the creation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of compliant sales enablement materials.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Agent Marketing, Product, Sales, Brand, and Compliance teams to ensure all content is accurate, aligned, and market‑ready.
Leverage VOC insights and field feedback to continuously refine tools, resources, and training materials to improve agent performance and customer experience.
Assess the effectiveness of enablement materials to inform future development.
Monitor competitive intelligence, product positioning, and market insights, supporting the creation of competitive comparison tools and strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, Medicare marketing, or product marketing
Experience supporting sales teams or channel partners, including providing enablement resources, training, and strategic guidance to drive performance and achieve business objectives
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling content
Demonstrated working knowledge of: Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD), Special Needs Plans (SNP), Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and Medicare Supplement plans and underwriting
Enrollment periods and selling rules
CMS marketing and communication guidelines
Experience in highly regulated healthcare environments (healthcare, insurance, or similar)
Ability to gather and apply feedback from sales teams to improve tools and resources
Demonstrated project management expertise with exceptional attention to detail
Member-first, consumer-centered mindset.
Health plan or managed care experience, including an understanding of CMS regulations and healthcare marketing compliance standards (preferred)
Background in training development, instructional design, or onboarding programs (preferred)
Proficiency with sales enablement platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) (preferred)
