Supporting the financial modeling with respect to forecasting cash flow, identifying market opportunities, and estimating the overall transaction economics
Developing customer facing presentations that include PPT presentations and other financial summaries
Managing the overall deal process, including coordination among various functions such as legal and operational leadership
Supporting the due diligence process of incoming practices to assess risk and opportunities
Preparing presentations for field-based directors regarding financial transaction and value proposition
Communicating internally with legal/M&A Finance and operations to help solve deal points
Requirements
7+ years of financial analysis/business development experience in a corporate/consulting environment
4-year degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent degree
MBA or equivalent experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to interact at all levels of large businesses and provide strategic thinking
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing environments and be solutions-oriented
