Business Development Representative (Pharmacy Ambassador)

ShiftPosts is dedicated to connecting pharmacies with qualified professionals to fill shifts efficiently. They are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to build relationships with local pharmacies and demonstrate the value of their app while identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Visit or call local pharmacies to introduce ShiftPosts
• Build relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and pharmacists
• Highlight the value of the ShiftPosts app and confidently demonstrate how the platform works, both virtually and in person
• Take shifts in your local area through ShiftPosts to stay connected to real-world pharmacy practice
• Identify new business opportunities and track pharmacy sign-ups
• Support pharmacy engagement through local events, social media and user-generated content strategies

Requirements:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the U.S. (required)
• Strong understanding of community, retail, or independent pharmacy operations
• Outgoing, strong communicator, comfortable with technology
• Prior experience as a per diem, locum, or floater pharmacist (a plus)
