Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Bay Area ICT ecosystem.
Support the business unit’s long-term goal of achieving NT$10 billion in drone-related revenue by 2030 through aggressive market development and partnership building.
Navigate complex regulatory environments, ensuring all business activities and technical alignments comply with FAA and FDA standards.
Act as a critical bridge between Taiwan HQ R&D/Operations teams and local US clients.
Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to inform HQ’s strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of Business Development or Sales experience specifically within the ICT, Semiconductor, or Electronics manufacturing industry.
Must have an established professional network in the Bay Area technology ecosystem (startups, Tier-1 OEMs, and research institutions).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or technical background is a plus.
Native or professional fluency in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced "start-up" environment within a global corporation.
Familiarity with FAA or FDA regulatory processes is highly desirable.
