Role Overview
- Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
- Prepare a range of products and services for a positive member/client experience
- Collaborate with project developer and business analyst to meet user needs
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Lead and influence squads’ specialists and stakeholders in planning and development projects
- Establish product backlog for significant projects
- Advise clients and partners on positioning and performance of strategic mandates
- Oversee development and updating of policies and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
