Role Overview
- Reviewing your book of business, tracking performance, and analyzing market conditions and competition
- Building and managing broker relationships, developing goals and strategies, and collaborating to craft tailored solutions for members
- Overseeing new and renewal underwriting, selecting risks per company guidelines, and ensuring timely follow-up and closing of accounts
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience underwriting, preferably in the high net worth space
- Direct, empathetic communication
- Strong understanding of the market
- Comfortable owning a book of business
- Ability to gather and analyze data to make risk decisions
- Collaborative team environment experience
