Conduct coaching of the clinic staff and provide acknowledging and developmental feedback to staff
Develop and execute training plans to foster continued development and exceptional performance in collaboration with the HR group
Evaluate regional staffing needs and determine immediate and future needs plan
Use the Client Journey and support client expectations in daily actions and coach to these expected behaviors in regional clinics
Analyze and review all KPI & sales reports and action the necessary steps to maximize per provider productivity opportunities
Requirements
University/College Degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sale, healthcare related field (Optical, pharmacy etc.) and/or client focused industry in a multi-unit management capacity
