About this role

Partner with Regional Director on recruiting efforts within an assigned territory.
Proactively manage your region’s talent pipeline by guiding candidates through key stages of the recruiting process.
Effectively engage your sourcing partners to deliver qualified leads for initial advisor meetings.
Monitor and confirm contact occurs with each new lead.
Maintain direct communication with sourcing partners to ensure there is a next step with every lead.
Conduct Initial Meetings with candidates and articulate the Ameriprise value proposition.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and advisor movement to inform recruiting strategy.

5-7 years' relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Series 7 Industry certifications e.g. CFP®, CRPC®
Proactive mindset with the skill for identifying and addressing issues early
Strong understanding of financial advisor community — their motivations, challenges, and aspirations
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and drive results
Strategic thinker with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
