Lead Quality Assurance efforts on the implementation of large complex third-party software products / homegrown software products across the organization
Provide Quality Assurance support to various departments in IT
Lead testing efforts within an agile team and execute all levels of testing (Functional, API testing, Data Validation, Integration, and Regression)
Interface with end users to understand requirements (Business Analysis) and ascertain areas of improvement, such as cost reduction solutions and automation solutions
Perform ETL tests which require strong PL/SQL Skills and Data warehousing knowledge

Seven or more (7+) years of Quality Assurance experience in IT software development environments
Two or more (2+) years of experience with requirements development and documentation, and direct experience leading IT QA efforts
Current or prior working experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, etc.
Three or more (3+) years of direct experience supporting complex applications and/or technology projects which included custom systems development, implementation of commercial software products, system integrations, infrastructure upgrades, and complex organizational change initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Healthcare from an accredited institution required
In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position. This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above
