Role Overview
- Overseeing on-site activities during assembly and construction of racking and automated storage systems
- Ensuring safe and efficient work according to QSHE standards
- Collaborating with Project Managers and Engineers
- Managing subcontractor personnel and providing problem-solving assistance
- Conducting site safety training and regulatory checks
- Monitoring project progress and maintaining project budget
Requirements
- Overseeing on-site activities during the assembly and construction phase of racking and automated storage systems
- Motivating/ensuring everyone works safely and according to the stow QSHE standards
- Ensuring compliance with stow’s QSHE standards, policies, instructions, and local legislation
- Following project-specific safety plans and adhering to OSHA or OHSA standards
- Working with Project Managers and Project Engineers to assist in overall project execution
- Supervising the execution of assigned projects
- Managing subcontractor personnel on-site
- Conducting site safety training and regulatory checks
- Maintaining a safe work environment on-site at all times
- Monitoring progress and quality of the project, identifying deviations and initiating corrections where necessary
