Director, Partner Co-Innovation – Strategic Execution

Role Overview

• Own and evolve core elements of Adobe’s partner co‑innovation operating model
• Lead complex, multi‑party solution co‑creation efforts
• Define solution success criteria, maturity models, milestones, and validation paths
• Shape operating cadences, governance rhythms, and leadership‑ready narratives
• Lead development of executive‑level materials, insights, and recommendations
• Own tracking, synthesis, and interpretation of solution maturity, pipeline signals, and early impact indicators
• Proactively identify risks, interdependencies, and execution gaps
• Ensure partner‑led initiatives progress with predictability and discipline

Requirements

• ~12+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, program leadership, consulting, or enterprise technology environments
• Demonstrated success operating as a senior individual contributor driving complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Deep experience working with GSIs or agencies on solution development, transformation, or GTM efforts
• Strong executive communication skills and experience supporting senior-level decision-making
• Proven ability to create structure, clarity, and momentum in ambiguous environments.
