Build and scale Pluralsight’s core talent programs and leadership practices, with a focus on adoption and measurable impact
Establish and lead enterprise Talent Review and 9-Box processes, including preparation, calibration facilitation, and post-cycle action planning
Create and support execution of Succession Planning for critical roles, including stakeholder alignment, enablement, development actions, and progress tracking
Design and improve employee feedback processes that strengthen leadership effectiveness and development planning
Create and improve development programs across all leadership levels through toolkits, enablement, and practical manager resources in partnership with HRBPs
Partner with People Analytics and HR Technology to improve insights, reporting, workflows, and data integrity (including within Workday)
Accelerate and support AI adoption to transform and modernize organization design and development practices
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HRBP, or related People roles
