Manage relationships with clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing them with excellent service
Act as the main point of contact between the company and the client, handling any issues or concerns
Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients
Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to increase revenue and secure new business
Provide accurate and timely quarterly sales forecasts
Maintain existing business ensuring accounts remain contractually compliant and incremental business is achieved
Resolve customer concerns through accurate and timely investigations; develop and implement corrective actions
Keep up-to-date account data within CRM including contacts and pipeline opportunities
Effectively target new business through analytical tools and educate customers on products, concepts, & industry trends
Conduct sales presentations and product evaluations to drive customer conversions
Requirements
Bachelors of Arts or Science
6+ years of experience
Strong written and verbal skills
Experienced in negotiation
Proven ability to build relationships
Thorough knowledge of medical device market, products, and customers
Previous Medical Device sales experience preferably calling on Interventional Cardiologists, EPs, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists and administrators in the targeted territory
