About this role
Role Overview
Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters.
Oversee daily recruitment operations including requisition intake, assignment distribution.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with external talent pipeline sources.
Conduct structured intake and kick-off calls with hiring managers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting experience with at least 3 years in recruitment operations, process management, or team leadership
Minimum of 1-2 years of direct people management experience
Strong knowledge of recruitment operations, process design, and workflow management
Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including system administration and reporting
