About this role
Role Overview
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Mid-Market Account Managers
Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development of team members
Oversee the management of the Medbridge Middle Market customer base
Drive the team to achieve targets for Gross Revenue Retention
Ensure the team meets or exceeds quotas for account growth
Support your team in customer opportunities and guide enhancement of client engagement
Ensure effective utilization of Salesforce CRM
Contribute to refinement of processes and tools for renewals and customer reporting
Provide ongoing reporting to the VP of Account Management on team performance
Requirements
7+ Years of progressive account management experience or enterprise customer success experience within a SaaS or healthtech environment
1-2 years of leading account management teams
Demonstrated success managing large, complex accounts within top-tier healthcare provider or health system space
Exceptional ability to influence and build credibility with C-suite and Board-level executive stakeholders
Mastery of strategic and tactical solution selling
Proven ability to identify and drive large-scale opportunities
Superior executive-level communication, strategic planning, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel significantly for client engagement
