Schedule and coordinate complex, multi-step interviews across teams, time zones, and calendars
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate and hiring team experience
Initiate and track background checks and other pre-employment requirements
Support new hires during the onboarding process and help ensure a welcoming and organized start
Maintain and manage accurate candidate records and pipelines within the applicant tracking system
Proactively troubleshoot scheduling and communication issues with speed and professionalism
Requirements
1+ years of relevant experience (internships or part-time roles will be considered)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage logistics across multiple stakeholders
Clear and professional communication style—written and verbal
Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to support others
Hybrid role based in NYC; in-office presence required 4 days per week
