Leverage a deep understanding of the venture capital and private equity ecosystems to cultivate and lead relationships with key strategic partners across banking, legal, tax & audit and other service providers
Design and implement formal partnership frameworks that amplify Aduro’s service lines, driving mutual value and increasing client stickiness through integrated service delivery
Collaborate with Marketing team to produce bespoke, co-branded initiatives
including curated GP dinners, roundtables, and virtual programming
to drive high quality lead generation for Aduro and our partners
Serve as a primary face of the firm at hosted and sponsored industry events, maintaining a sophisticated presence that strengthens relationships with both clients and market influencers
Own “Partner-Sourced Leads” and “Partner-Sourced Revenue” targets, tracking the pipeline from initial referral to closed-won contract
Develop and deliver messaging and tools that empower partner teams to articulate Aduro’s unique value proposition and key differentiators within their own networks to drive meaningful referrals
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the fund administration landscape and competitor dynamics to effectively position Aduro’s offerings
Requirements
8+ years’ experience within a business development, partnerships or client relationship-focused role in the venture capital or private equity community
Prior experience in managing strategic relationships with high profile partners
Significant knowledge of the venture capital industry and the service offering of a fund admin and other key service provider categories
Strong written and verbal communication skills through a variety of mediums
Comfortable with software systems including Salesforce, Gsuite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack
