- Ensure effective partner journey: scoping, selection, needs assessments, stewardship
- Combine funding, technical assistance and organizational strengthening for support
Requirements
- Experience in building and nurturing partnerships
- Ability to manage multi-year partnership agreements
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience in community-based fisheries management or related fields
- Understanding of marine conservation and advocacy
