Drive commercial strategy and sales growth within the Food business, focusing on functional ingredients including release agents.
Create, manage, and attain sales and gross margin targets for responsibilities assigned.
Prospecting Accounts, analyze market data and provide insights for business alignment.
Build and develop new and existing accounts and manage sales opportunities in sync with business and account strategies.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and manage issues to maintain customer trust.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive commercial excellence.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or similar technical field is preferred.
Bilingual in English and French
Strong knowledge of principles and best practices for presenting, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy, product demonstration and sales techniques
Proven ability to research, understand, and develop both current and prospective customer relationships.
Highly articulate, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing with sales teams, technical staff, and all levels of management
Excellent planning, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient in commonly used business and sales software, including MS Office Suite; with the ability to conduct effective internet based research
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, compelling, and persuasive presentations on complex topics to diverse audiences
Strong quantitative aptitude, with the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
Demonstrated ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of practical and abstract problems.
Willingness and ability to travel 50% or more, including both day and overnight trips.
