About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the operation of Data Centers (Core and Edge), ensuring availability and performance;
- Manage virtualized environments: VMware (required) and Proxmox (preferred);
- Plan capacity, expansion and technological evolution of the infrastructure;
- Ensure an SLA above 99.95%, leading the management of critical incidents;
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic B2B clients;
- Define and structure the infrastructure modernization roadmap;
- Integrate operations with NOC and SOC, ensuring technical and operational alignment;
- Monitor availability, performance and efficiency metrics;
- Contribute to the evolution of the Private Cloud, Cyber Security and related services portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Data Center infrastructure management;
- Strong experience with VMware virtualized environments;
- Experience in multi-site environments;
- Experience with corporate B2B clients and contractual SLA management;
- Knowledge of capacity planning and critical incident management;
- Ability to build relationships with CIOs and clients' technical teams;
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related fields.
- Preferred: Experience in Telecom, ISP or managed service providers;
- Preferred: Knowledge of Private Cloud, DRaaS and business continuity;
- Preferred: VMware, ITIL or related certifications;
- Preferred: Experience with Proxmox.
