Director of Talent Acquisition

Role Overview

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Design and oversee recruitment policies, processes, and sourcing methodologies
• Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics
• Lead talent acquisition systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Oversee recruitment team execution including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across regions
• Develop and implement recruiting best practices
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition
• Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships
• Lead and coach the Talent Acquisition team supporting operations across the Americas

Requirements

• 10+ years of talent acquisition and recruitment expertise
• 5+ years of direct experience in talent acquisition leadership (recruiting, sourcing, recruitment operations, or talent management)
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices
• Strong knowledge of talent market dynamics and industry-specific recruitment challenges
• Full proficiency in English across reading, writing and speaking
• Experience with executive recruitment and building talent pipelines
• Expertise in diversity and inclusion recruiting strategies
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries in the Americas
