Role Overview
- Assess a partner’s readiness to migrate from Automate to RMM.
- Manage accountability through a guided onboarding experience
- Initiate nurture campaigns based on migration progress
- Assist in problem solving as issues arise throughout the migration process with the goal of expanding and optimizing a partner’s usage and long-term success
- Facilitate private and 1: Many migration sessions
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure relationship leaders are made aware of the status of a partner’s migration status.
- Provide frequent feedback and enhancement recommendations for the process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight
