Partner with Leadership and the executive team to evolve the roadmap and integrate emerging technologies.
Build trusted relationships with senior functional leaders across Canada to uncover engineering/data opportunities and translate them into scalable, executable roadmaps.
Facilitate open dialogue and shared understanding to ensure alignment and adoption of solutions.
Guide the full lifecycle of initiatives, from ideation to delivery, ensuring transparency, accountability, risk mitigation, and measurable outcomes.
Establish inclusive governance practices and clear success metrics to track progress and celebrate wins.
Lead and nurture a high-performing team of managers, developers and solution architects, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and belonging.
Inspire and engage teams by clearly communicating the vision and its benefits across the organization.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in technology, automation, or digital transformation.
At least 5 years in a leadership role, with a track record of building and empowering high-performing teams.
Strong technical foundation in technologies, including RPA, Al/ML, and workflow orchestration.
Strong experience with SAP and ERP systems, including process design and optimization.
Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives in a CPG or similar environment.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
