Undergraduate (BA/BS) degree
8–12+ years in Commercial Strategy, Sales, Commercial Excellence/PMO, Category Management, Marketing or Consumer Insights
Expert understanding of the CPG or FMCG industry sector
Strong facilitation skills; able to lead cross-regional planning and align diverse stakeholders
Proven experience translating insights and strategy into practical field tools and training materials
Experience managing a content platform/portal (or similar knowledge system) with governance and adoption focus
Clear, assertive communicator with strong collaboration and “ways of working” improvement mindset
Analytical and structured; comfortable building simple business cases and prioritization frameworks
