2+ years prior project management experience
1+ years working on ad-supported digital products (web, social, app, or connected devices)
1+ years working with data operations teams
Experience assisting in MarTech platform implementation from ideation to execution
Proven ability to work under deadlines and meeting organizational goals
Must have strong teamwork skills
Advanced customer service skills, including proactive troubleshooting
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, with the flexibility to support project spikes in peak sporting seasons (e.g. March Madness)
Experience working in fixed-date software development projects
Experience using agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Experience working in development integration projects
