About this role
Role Overview
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-market optimization
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful delivery and adoption
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., energy codes, cybersecurity)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 + years in product management for enterprise SaaS and/or energy solutions
- Familiarity with IoT, cloud platforms, and API integrations
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes
- Fluency with modern product design & development tools including Miro, Figma, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, with a bias for proactive communication
- Experience with energy, IoT, or Virtual Power Plant (VPP) products
