Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of commercial or business development experience and success navigating the complex infrastructure of healthcare systems.
10+ years of demonstrated success negotiating and managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships and contracts.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams within fast-paced, evolving organizations.
Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem dynamics, including payer, provider, and institutional decision pathways.
Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to manage multiple offerings and clinical opportunities.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Able to work independently and manage time and territory effectively.
