About this role
Role Overview
Provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders and their teams.
Act as the employer's representative in dispute resolution processes (grievances, memoranda of understanding, arbitration).
Manage performance and ensure the organization's compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Organizational development and change management.
Employee engagement management.
Recruitment and succession planning to meet future needs.
Career development activities.
Salary review and adjustment processes.
Return-to-work processes (in collaboration with Health Services).
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various union representatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in an HR advisory role within a unionized environment.
Skills in labour relations, recruitment, organizational development, compensation, and benefits.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Membership in a professional order (CRHA / CRIA) is considered an asset.
