About this role
Role Overview
Ensure daily HR operations run smoothly between the company and our Support Centers
Develop and support an HR strategy with the Canadian leadership team and the Director of Human Resources
Oversee the Employee Relations function
Liaise with Benefits and business leaders to facilitate job reviews and validate job descriptions (including pay equity)
Conduct succession planning exercises, talent assessments (9-box), and other workforce planning activities with leaders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
Over 5 years’ experience as an HR generalist; at least 2 years’ experience conducting employee relations investigations
Demonstrated ability to work independently, make decisions, and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge and experience of HR best practices and frameworks
Knowledge of national employment and labor laws and regulations
Strong employee relations skills and a deep understanding of the Canadian context
CHRP/CHRL or equivalent HR designation is an asset
