About this role

Manage annual global compliance in partnership with Legal, Payroll, Tax, IT, Finance, HR and other functions
Manage immigration processes and policies in adherence with regulatory laws
Manage compliance projects and implement new practices and procedures to ensure compliance to global standards, laws, and regulations
Manage HR compliance filings (e.g. EEO-1, BLS, VETS)
Lead HR audit controls and program, track compliance actions, strengthen governance, documentation and internal controls
Oversee HR policy and handbook, including policy creation and updates

6+ years of progressive experience in HR compliance, immigration or risk management
Deep, hands-on experience managing global operational compliance programs
Experience managing immigration programs
Strong knowledge of US federal and state employment laws and regulations
Experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders
Experience working in HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred)
