Director, Supply Chain Excellence

Role Overview

• Lead implementation of supply chain excellence program across multiple manufacturing sites
• Identify business improvement opportunities and lead initiatives
• Deliver results using tools and techniques associated with continuous improvement
• Provide insight and direction to help hit targets and identify areas of improvement
• Recommend areas for productivity improvement and promote cost-savings programs
• Redesign non-added value work processes and ensure individuals manage new processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is engineering is preferred
• 10-15 years of proven program management
• Managerial courage to take a position and stand by it
• Dealing with ambiguity
• Interpersonal savvy
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Lean application background experience (e.g. TPM, 6S, Black Belt)
• Experience with IWS is highly desired
• Experience in manufacturing operations is highly desired
• CPG experience is highly desired
