Serve as the main marketing point of contact for assigned franchisees, building strong relationships and understanding their unique local needs.
Advise franchisees on marketing strategies including digital advertising (PPC/display), SEO, and local branding—all aligned with company standards.
Work closely with our in-house PPC, SEO, and social media teams to customize marketing strategies that align with each franchisee’s goals and local market dynamics.
Assist in the execution of marketing plans by coordinating resources, tools, and internal support.
Analyze campaign results, generate performance reports, and offer data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Facilitate the sharing of successful strategies between franchisees to foster a culture of growth and learning.
Provide regular updates to the Marketing Director on franchisee performance, satisfaction, and key trends or issues.
Requirements
3+ years in account management, digital marketing, or a client-facing role.
Background in franchising, home services, or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of digital channels including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and CRM platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present marketing plans and performance insights clearly and confidently.
Able to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Skilled in juggling multiple accounts, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
