Provide project management support including project execution and pursuit development for water utilities and state and local government projects
Assist project managers from project development through project completion
Assist with preparing staffing plans for project pursuits and existing projects
Prepare updates to client relationship management tools
Support project execution tasks
Assist with development of scopes of services and fees
Assist with developing project management plans
Assist with review and submittal of project invoices
Assist with accounts receivable and collections
Provide subconsultant management support
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field
Prefer 5+ years professional experience as a project coordinator or similar role
Previous consulting or water utility experience
Experience with critical infrastructure projects
Proficiency with computer software, including MS Office Suite and Project Software and Salesforce
Experience assisting with proposal development and project execution
Organizational skills including time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
Experience dealing with ambiguity
