About this role
Role Overview
Build talent pools and market intelligence for strategic, proactive hiring
Enhance candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process
Negotiate offers and close candidates by selling the mission, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation
Manage high-volume pipelines with 20–40+ active candidates at various stages simultaneously
Conduct phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate fit, sales skills, and culture alignment
Own full-cycle recruitment for sales positions including Outbound Sales Representatives and Sales Leadership roles
Track metrics and report on recruiting performance including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness
Partner with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and set realistic hiring timelines
Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, social media, and creative outreach strategies
Requirements
3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales or high-volume hiring
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, BambooHR, or similar ATS, Boolean search
Strong sales acumen with proven ability to identify top performers
Experience recruiting for SaaS, legal services, or mission-driven organizations
Excellent written and spoken English required
Familiarity with VoIP systems such as 3CX and O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
