Role Overview
Define and evolve Arc’s ecosystem narrative, positioning Circle as the full-stack platform for the internet financial system
Build and execute full-funnel ecosystem marketing strategies that accelerate adoption across enterprises, fintechs, SMB platforms, and independent builders
Translate complex onchain and DeFi concepts into institutionally accessible messaging and engagement models
Identify and prioritize high-impact protocols, builders, and ecosystem opportunities in collaboration with BD and Developer Relations
Lead integrated launch strategies for Arc milestones, ecosystem programs, and major onchain initiatives
Partner with Developer Relations and Community to amplify grants, incentives, incubators, and adoption programs
Establish feedback loops with developers and protocol teams to inform product roadmap and GTM evolution
Represent Circle and Arc externally at conferences, panels, industry events, and in thought leadership content
Requirements
10+ years of experience in ecosystem marketing, product marketing, growth, developer platforms, fintech, or blockchain infrastructure
Proven experience building or scaling a developer or platform ecosystem across multiple audience segments
Strong understanding of DeFi, onchain ecosystems, and blockchain primitives
Experience translating technical innovation into narratives that resonate with both institutional and crypto-native audiences
Demonstrated success driving full-funnel marketing strategy tied to measurable adoption and usage growth
Experience influencing product direction through ecosystem insight and cross-functional collaboration
Exceptional communication skills and comfort serving as an external spokesperson.
