Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations
Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies, leveraging more innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to optimize project outcomes

Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross-selling meetings

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture)
10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry
Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting
Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
