They are seeking a driven Business Development Executive who will manage the full sales cycle, generate new business, and build client relationships within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the full sales cycle - from first conversation to signed agreement
- Close warm inbound opportunities while aggressively generating new business
- Reignite past prospects and build powerful new client relationships within the hotel, resort, restaurant and hospitality industries
- Lead consultative discovery conversations that uncover real pain points
- Manage your pipeline with urgency, discipline, and precision
- Hit and exceed performance metrics and revenue targets
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a closing-focused sales role
- Background in hotels, resorts, restaurant or a hospitality-adjacent industry
- Proven ability to generate and close new business
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Strong urgency, competitiveness, and resilience
- Comfortable working within performance metrics and activity expectations
- Tech-savvy and adaptable in a remote environment
- Motivated by uncapped commission and performance-based earnings
